How Does The Central Processing Unit Work?

In the computer system, there are components which are very important. Many people call it the brains of the computer. It was the central processing unit or the microprocessor. The CPU function is to controls the computers work and calculating the data.so, our computer will not working if we don’t have a CPU. But did you know how does this stuff work?
Did u know how the CPU connected with the other devices inside or outside the computers? In the computer system there are three main elements. There are input/output devices, the main memory, and the central processing unit. Those devices are connected with the system interconnections or usually called the bus system. So, when we send data to the CPU, we must send it to bus data. And the bus data will send it to the CPU.
In the CPU, there are 3 main components, there are control unit, ALU (arithmetic and logic unit), and registers. Those components are connected with the CPU system interconnection or usually people called it the CPU bus. The control unit function is to controls the CPU work. So it means the control unit will also control the whole computers. The ALU function is for calculating machine. This component is used to processing and calculating the binary data on the computer. The register function is used to store and save the temporary data before and after calculating to the ALU unit.

Until now, there are a lot of CPU or microprocessor version are build. The latest version of the Intel microprocessors is Intel core i3, i5, and i7. There is also Intel quad-core processor. It is the fastest Intel microprocessors for now.
