As a student we must take seriously about a problem, how we sleep.
Especially we have schedule for study full day at campus.
And usually we do that until dawn. Actually in the morning we must study at the campus again.
Of course we will spend much energy for study AND do the task from lecturer.
Because of that, we need enough time for break and sleep to get our energy again. But, how if we can’t sleep,whereas our body feel so tired and we still can’t closed the eyes?
And to be habit for every night,even in the holidays. We still difficult to sleep on time. Or we can call it “Insomnia”
Because that, we necessary do and try many tips for solve the insomnia.
First, difference food that you consumption. Avoid all of them that contains caffeine. As like coffee, chocolate,tea,etc. That contains caffeine before the evening.
Because the food and drink with caffeine make we difficult for sleep.
Second, if you can’t sleep or you wake up at midnight don’t watching tv, turn on the lamp, or looking for a clock for know the time.
Because there are can make our brains and out from sleep condition. Wait until we sleep again.
Third, do exercise regularly. And take a bath with warm water,
because warm water can make our body feel relax.
The last, try go to bed room at same time every day.
There are some tips for solve insomnia.
