How to relieve stress ??

Stress, of course we all know this word. and as like students we ever feel that.why?? yheea,, we know that student has manytask by doing something to us. and that's all, often make us tired,Make our brain warm (hahaha), therefore angry especially if our taskunfinished, and finally the make us feel stressed and frustrated. But, we shouldn't surrender.
As the next generation for nation,survival and we must still trying more good from now.and about stress, do not worrry. nothing imposible to facing and resolved.there are many tips for overcomestress and frustration.A. 

1. Shouting. When we feel stress, we will feel something rebound in our heart.Release this feel, screaming loud and hard. and you can try in the field,or in the beach, so not interfere with other people.2. Make you're self laughs. Because with laughs we will feel be fine, cause we willforget with our problem temporarily. but do not laughs without cause.That we can doing with watch the movie humorous, read humor's book, or jokingly laughs with friend and maybe our family.3. Doing your hobby. for example listening music, foot ball, cooking and etc.Shown with doing our hobbies, we can feel good. Because we can refresh our brain, our focus and set up again.4. Honestly to our self. Correction all, so we can motivate our self again. and can continue our taskbetter.

5. Chocolate and ice cream, It is no wonder if the chocolate and ice cream called a stress-busting foods.Because Brown will increase the level of neurotransmitter substances to the brain that would triggerthe manufacturer's release of hormones such as dopamine happy and relaxed.

6. Vitamin C and B, research has shown, some fruit is good for your stress.The fruits include berries are rich in vitamin C.Vitamin C shown to reduce levels of hormones that cause stress, which is cortisol.Oranges and pomegranates can also help you in relieving stress.In addition, nuts are rich in vitamin B can also soothe your heart. 
7. Positive thinking and always pray to God, Allah SWT.pray to find the best way for complete our task and job
