“Each of you is a leader and each a leader will be responsible in his or her leadership” (Al Hadist)
According to Moslem oriented, there are four requirements to be a leader. The requirements had been applied by the Prophets, The Massagers of Allah in leading human kinds. Those are :It means that a leader must be honest in leading. He or she must be brave to say right what is right and wrong what is wrong. He or she must be honest to express the truth or the fault to the persons who can keep them
2. Tabligh It means that a leader has to send what must be sent. He or she has to give a reward or punishment to whom proportionally. He must inform the truth although it’s bitter
3. Amanah
It means that a leader must be a reliable person. He or she must not keep what must be given. He or she has to know the rights and the obligations of each member. He or she has to give all the rights members. Never reduce it!
4. Fatonah It means that a leader must be smart or brilliant in having idea. He or she can decide something immediately and precisely. He or she has to be responsive in what’s going on and find the solution wisely.
