Foods for ageless


Food is very  important for our live, without eat some foods we will die because foods is primary necessary. Do you know some kinds of food has a lot of virtue, one of them is to ageless. All of people in the world want to stay young , so some of them spend their money to reach it, for example use ageless product (anti aging) to keep their young. But I think it is wrong way because instant product has side effects otherwise it can make us be older, it will give a lot of disadvantages like cancer and skin disease.
Food is like fuel in our motor or car, if your motor or car always use the best fuel (pertamax plus) it’s performance will be excellent and machine will long lasting. It’s in line with what you will eat, it will give great effect to your body’s performance. By eating healthy food regularly our life will be longer and avoid from a lot of disease.
There are so many food which can keep our health, and prevent from a lot of disease like cancer, dementia, and osteoporosis. And also good food can reduce  fat in our body. A research said that fat body caused risk of cancer and heart disease. Institute of cancer in America said that rate of death because of obesity is 90.000 people every year. Kinds of foods which help us to stay young are as follow:
1.       Garlic
Garlic has Allicin, allicin is a substance which gives aroma and delicious sensation, furthermore allicin is antioxidants, it can keep staying young. A research said that by eating garlic can stimulate body to release a lot of hydrogen sulfide (natural antioxidants compound) in our body, loosen blood vessel and blood circulation will be smooth.
Dr. David W. Kraus, is a biology professor from Alabama University suggest to crumble a garlic and keep it for 15 minute before ready to cook in order to we get more antioxidants
2.       Egg
A egg has 9 amino acid and 6 gram protein which very important for our body. Egg also contains Lutein and Zeaxanthin (it will keep eye be healthy) and Choline (it is important for our brain and saraf system) did you know that Egg is source of vitamine D. Harvard School of Public Health said that by eating some egg we will avoid from heart disease
3.       Blueberries
Blueberriespigmen in blueberries fruit can make us to avoid from stress. And did you know that stress can caused us to be older and it can increase aging process. So blueberries can make us be relax. This pigmen can also help brain to produce Dopamine, it is used to stimulate happiness and coordination system
4.       Spinach
Spinach is one of vegetable which has much Antioxidants. Sulforaphane, Beta carotene, vitamin C dan Fiber, it usefull for avoid cancer and the vicious disease
5.       Broccoli
Brocoli rich of antioxidants, and it has calcium which useful to avoid osteoporosis and vitamin D, Specialist of health suggest to eat fresh Brocoli or eat unripe brocoli in order to get more antioxidants
6.       Salmon
Salmon is fish which rich of Omega 3, it useful for our development of brain and make our skin be fresh, so it can make us look like young.
