Drinking water when you're eating in fact can obstruct the way of digestion in gastric. to avoid thirsty when you are eating , Sabherwal ask to not to much eating salty foods. He said "Ensure your food not too salty because it makes you thirstier". To make the digestion still going well even without water help, he suggest to munch the food slowly. When you're munching, our mouth produce enzim that help digestion so that the gastric job when digest the food become easier.
