Sport which use medi ball (big ball). This medi ball help us for prop up body. So, when you move your body isn’t faithless. This sport make our body posture more upright. Good for back bone and back. But, the price of medi ball is rather expensive, so we better go to the fitness centre for try it.

We will do some movals like stretching but helped by medi ball. Like sit, leap and lie down on medi ball
