How to relieve stress ??

Stress, of course we all know this word. and as like students we ever feel that.why?? yheea,, we know that student has manytask by doing something to us. and that's all, often make us tired,Make our brain warm (hahaha), therefore angry especially if our taskunfinished, and finally the make us feel stressed and frustrated. But, we shouldn't surrender.
As the next generation for nation,survival and we must still trying more good from now.and about stress, do not worrry. nothing imposible to facing and resolved.there are many tips for overcomestress and frustration.A. 

1. Shouting. When we feel stress, we will feel something rebound in our heart.Release this feel, screaming loud and hard. and you can try in the field,or in the beach, so not interfere with other people.2. Make you're self laughs. Because with laughs we will feel be fine, cause we willforget with our problem temporarily. but do not laughs without cause.That we can doing with watch the movie humorous, read humor's book, or jokingly laughs with friend and maybe our family.3. Doing your hobby. for example listening music, foot ball, cooking and etc.Shown with doing our hobbies, we can feel good. Because we can refresh our brain, our focus and set up again.4. Honestly to our self. Correction all, so we can motivate our self again. and can continue our taskbetter.

5. Chocolate and ice cream, It is no wonder if the chocolate and ice cream called a stress-busting foods.Because Brown will increase the level of neurotransmitter substances to the brain that would triggerthe manufacturer's release of hormones such as dopamine happy and relaxed.

6. Vitamin C and B, research has shown, some fruit is good for your stress.The fruits include berries are rich in vitamin C.Vitamin C shown to reduce levels of hormones that cause stress, which is cortisol.Oranges and pomegranates can also help you in relieving stress.In addition, nuts are rich in vitamin B can also soothe your heart. 
7. Positive thinking and always pray to God, Allah SWT.pray to find the best way for complete our task and job
Ok, I think that's all my tips for eliminate stress. You can try and I hope we can usefull for all. :)

Alhamdulillah, thanks a lot to Allah Subhanallahuta'ala that has given to me 19th lifespan with good healthy, then given many loves arround me, given many kinds of all people to me, and other loves of my God, Allah SWT.

In 2005, NASA discovers an extrasolar planet with conditions similar to Earth. On the chance that it contains intelligent life, NASA transmits a powerful signal from a communications array in Hawaii, which will be boosted by a satellite in orbit. Around the same time, the talented but undisciplined slacker Alex Hopper attempts to impress a woman by getting her a chicken burrito; the result of which sees Alex break into a convenience store and be tasered by the police later. The woman is later revealed to be Samantha Shane, daughter of United States Pacific Fleet commanding officer Vice Admiral Shane, who in turn is the superior of Commander Stone Hopper, Alex's elder brother. Fed up and infuriated at Alex for lack of motivation and possibly ruining his own career, Stone forces him to join the United States Navy.
By 2012, Alex is a lieutenant and the Tactical Action Officer aboard the destroyer USS John Paul Jones, while Stone is the commanding officer ofUSS Sampson. A small fleet of five alien ships arrives in response to the NASA signal. One ship collides with an orbital satellite and crashes in Hong Kong, while four others land in the waters near Hawaii. Sampson, John Paul Jones, and Myōkō are sent to investigate, but are trapped when one of the ships erects an impenetrable force field around the Hawaiian islands.
The three destroyers attempt to establish contact, but the aliens open fire: Sampson and Myōkō are destroyed, with the entire crew of Sampson annihilated, including Stone, and John Paul Jones is damaged with the commanding and executive officers killed. Initially attached to Sampson, Alex, who was one of the few out to take a closer look at the alien vessels, now boards John Paul Jones. Being the most senior officer left on the ship, he is forced to take command. Although initially wanting to attack the alien ships in retaliation for his brother's and his crew's death, Alex is convinced to break off and recover survivors from Myōkō, with Captain Nagata among them; this act prompts the aliens to call off another attack. Although the barrier is preventing the use of radar and sonar, Nagata reveals that they could use the tsunami warning buoys around Hawaii to track the alien vessels' movements by their displacement.

Manis Manja at PENS-Carnival

this is first  experience that i have, and it's soawesome.on Saturday ,  april 28th  our campuss has an
extraordinary program, PENS-Carnival. PENS-Carnival is a program that is held from BEM-PENS . there are so many kind of program indeed, like "jalan sehat","drawing coupon" and provide stands that sell kind of
food, and so on. one of the seller is me , umm.. exactly me and my girl classmates. we are 12 but ,one
of us can't held because  there is something problem. so, we have name for my stand , like this






1. bitter bullen is made from  mincement . the shape is round like meatball, and in the middle , it has
cheese indeed. ummm.. yummmy.
2.  sate  nugget , it's from potato that combine with  flour and thereis minced chickhen indeed .
3. ice coding is continuation of "coffee dingin", but not only coffee but  it mix with milk too, so it's
taste creamy2 gitu...

we are surprise when buyer attack us, o.. my goodness this is the first time for us
we are already yet,but we have many member in team so, it can pass it .
um.. bbecause our product use egg as the one of ingredients so there is interesting events, like this:







haha , all of people luagh and we are being limelight at that moment.huh.. it's embarrashing but so fun.:D



our stand is so crowded , and of course what we sell is sold out.

Election of ITCE

Today (April 30, 2012) is elections (in Indonesia: Pemilu) in my department, ITCE. The place to vote in Gazebo near canteen. The Purpose of this Election is choosing new chairman assemblage of college student and new vice chairman assemblage of college student. All ITCE family can vote from 8 Am until 5 PM.
Six day ago before this event, on April 24 2012 held oral campaign in canteen. Voting begin in this day and tomorrow (May 1, 2012) and the result you can see in May 5, 2012.
Between the candidates, one of them is my classmate. He is Agung Waluyo. He was nominated by him partner, Wahyu (In Indonesia "Mas Wahyu"). Agung as a vice chairman and Mas Wahyu as chairman. According to me, Agung is a good boy. He is a very active in my department. And the partner is a good too. As well as their face is a same, right. :) . because their face is a same, I believe they are very match.. Ha ha
OK Everybody, let's vote according to your heart, but you must vote number 2.. :D
By the way, at the time me and my friends become impromptu committee, because my class is free activity. This is very interesting.
Steps for voting are:
1. You must bring smart card or mandiri ATM and then you can signature in the absence.
2. You can enter in the room are available
3. You can choose your choice
4. Enter in box
5.  Enter one of your fingers in the ink
